01: Application

PET Blister Packages Sealing Cutting HF Welder adopts high frequency electromagnetic waves to heat and soften the joint of certain plastic which have chemical dipoles in blister clamshell packaging made of PVC, APET,PETG,GAG,or respectively coated, when a press/die descents to apply pressure on the jointing area of two halves of blister, the high frequency wave are passed through the die and table, the high frequency field causes the molecule to vibrate and generate heat from vibration, the process can be continuous and able to perform localized heating, because of the welding die built in extended edge rim edge, the seal-tear welding and cutting can achieved in blister packaging, such as PET+PET sealing and cutting, PVC+PVC Sealing and cutting, PVC/PET+paper card sealing and cutting, widely used in cosmetic, hardware, electronic products, stationery, to meet different packaging requirement
